Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Support audit processes by gathering documentation

- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's/Bachelor's in Accounting preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
