Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments accurately
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger monthly
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors proactively
- Collaborate with procurement on payment terms
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years' accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- UK finance qualifications (AAT/CIMA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
