Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
