Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Maintain the general ledger system and ensure all entries are properly documented.
- Assist with year-end tax preparations and local Arizona filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and process expense reports efficiently.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax compliance principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting.
