Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll for small business clients with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Assist with tax preparation and filings for compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
