Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support the audit process by providing requested documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
