Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 98% accuracy threshold
- Analyze financial data trends and variance reports for stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- CPA certification or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Strong GAAP and SOX compliance knowledge
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
