- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex financial projects
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in California
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of California tax laws and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
