Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, month-end closes, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for diverse client portfolios
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation and audit support
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for financial modeling
- Provide timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
