Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for Tennessee businesses
- Implement QuickBooks software solutions for client financial systems
- Conduct tax preparation and filing for small to mid-sized enterprises
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of Tennessee tax laws and financial regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
- Certification in QuickBooks Online or similar platform
