Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping cycles for 15-20 client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for operational efficiency
- Provide variance analysis and financial forecasting support
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget development and expense controls
- Maintain digital financial records with 100% audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-state compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with SaaS accounting platforms (e.g., Xero)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
