Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
