- Manage and reconcile financial accounts for 15-20 clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
- Conduct audits and internal financial reviews
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks and Excel records
- Assist with tax preparation and filing processes
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
