- Prepare and analyze financial statements with monthly/quarterly reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll and assist with tax preparation documentation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting support
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
