Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on month-end closing activities
- Maintain digital audit trails with strict compliance protocols
- Lead process improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Train junior staff on financial controls and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
- Proven ability to manage 100+ invoices daily
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
