Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly and annual financial close processes with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process and verify accounts payable invoices and manage accounts receivable collections.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and budget projections for executive review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and federal tax regulations.
- Assist with external audits and internal quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
