Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for 10-15 clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and implement system improvements
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Virginia CPA license or actively pursuing certification
