Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate billing records in Salesforce and NetSuite systems
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement new billing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite billing modules
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with complex subscription billing models and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to resolve high-volume billing escalations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
