- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture and compliance
- Implement process improvements reducing billing errors by 15% quarterly
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and UB-04 claim submission
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Strong analytical skills for identifying billing trends and anomalies
- Experience with Epic Resolute or similar EHR systems
