Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP platform
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain digital financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Develop variance reports for budget vs. actual performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
