Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls assessments
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Expertise in GAAP and financial regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
