Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and monthly financial reporting
- Prepare reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card statements
- Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with tax preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Analyze budget variances and provide financial insights
- Collaborate with team on audits and financial audits
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
