Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 small business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement QuickBooks software solutions for clients
- Provide financial analysis and advisory support
- Maintain accurate client data in cloud-based systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Seattle-based candidates preferred
