- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax season
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions for financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage month-end closing processes efficiently
