Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekly financial transactions with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for weekend operations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial workflow
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Support tax preparation documentation and year-end filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is mandatory
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
