Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to detail
- Prepare financial statements and budget reports for client review
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for small businesses
- Utilize QuickBooks/Xero for transaction recording and analysis
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
