Responsibilities
Prepare and file individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, etc.) with high accuracy.Conduct client consultations to gather necessary financial information and answer inquiries.Utilize tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, ProSeries) to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Review tax documents for errors, omissions, and discrepancies before submission.Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the filing process.Assist in the organization and maintenance of client files and digital records.Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Willingness to complete our comprehensive paid training program.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during tax season.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
