Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and labor regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Generate payroll reports and audit trails for quarterly/yearly filings
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through data analysis and employee support
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel and payroll software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete 8-week paid training program
- Nebraska residency required for local payroll compliance
