Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP/Workday systems
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations for month-end closing
- Support annual audits with documentation and data requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service mindset and clear communication abilities

- US work authorization and ability to pass background check
