Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Handle tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through meticulous data verification and employee support
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for finance leadership review
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll data security
- Stay updated on evolving payroll legislation and system upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Customer service mindset for employee inquiries
