Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union reporting requirements
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits for accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to complete 8-week paid training program
- Experience with HRIS systems a plus but not required
