Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop comprehensive financial models and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual performance
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with clear narratives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial workflows
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from financial databases
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., FMVA) highly valued
