- Prepare comprehensive credit recommendations for loan committees and senior leadership

- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal credit terms for commercial clients
- Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements affecting credit practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and credit scoring systems
