Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to input and track financial data.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and status updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and arithmetic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software through our paid training program.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for remote roles).
