Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, bonuses, commissions, and overtime
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in P&L statements
- Respond to payroll inquiries and troubleshoot employee payment issues
- Prepare quarterly/yearly payroll tax filings and W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system expertise
- Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- PHR certification or equivalent HR knowledge preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
