Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve account issues
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer and daily transaction records with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits as needed
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
