Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors via checks and electronic transfers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to clarify billing issues.
- Assist with month-end close processes and general ledger account maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
