What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and corporate governance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including SEC and FINRA rules.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Train staff and management on regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to government agencies.
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or internal auditing.
- Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
