Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and submit financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with international teams during night shift overlap periods
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA knowledge a plus)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule consistently
