Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Maintain digital ledger systems (QuickBooks/NetSuite) with real-time updates
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Implement and optimize internal financial controls
- Support month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
