Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shifts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Coordinate with auditors during evening hours
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (night shift preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)
