Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting (AP/AR/GL, month-end close)
- Implement daily pay processing for 200+ employees
- Prepare financial statements & compliance reports
- Analyze variance reports and budget forecasting
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online
- Lead process improvements for daily pay system
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior finance staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years accounting experience in SaaS/tech
- Daily pay or payroll processing expertise
- Advanced QuickBooks Online & Excel proficiency
- GAAP compliance & regulatory knowledge
- Process improvement implementation track record
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
