Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for multiple entities.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and audit trails.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines during night shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
