Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Generate financial statements and variance reports for stakeholder review
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Optimize accounting processes using provided QuickBooks Enterprise software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expertise in GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot table mastery
- Proven track record of month-end close efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
