Responsibilities
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Accounts Management: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices, verifying accuracy before posting.
- Payroll Administration: Assist in processing payroll for the night shift workforce, ensuring tax compliance and timely disbursement.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze monthly financial reports, including trial balances and general ledgers.
- Compliance: Maintain organized records and ensure all financial documentation complies with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
