Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume Accounts Payable and Receivable processing with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform daily Bank Reconciliation and credit card statement analysis.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger to ensure financial records are current and error-free.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Process payroll data and manage employee expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
