Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Process payroll data and generate required financial statements.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoice inquiries and payments.
- Ensure compliance with all internal financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Must be able to work independently during the night shift.
