Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Perform internal audits to ensure financial controls are in place.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
