Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Process payroll for employees using industry-standard software.
- Prepare and review financial reports, adjusting entries, and journal entries.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing organized documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during night hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule.
