Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Process payroll for the night shift team accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Generate financial reports and balance sheets for management review.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
